October 17 2017 Alexa Good Morning (National Pasta Day)

Good Morning! Pasta the spaghetti and let's get fusilli because today is National Pasta Day! To celebrate I’ve learned a lot of new recipes for you to noodle on. Pasta la vista baby! Alexa Pasta Worksheet Pasta includes many types of noodles  (oodles of noodles!) Noodling around is another way of saying "playfully thinking about", usually with some sort of idea.  An example:  "I was just noodling around with the thought of swimming to Hawaii, I wonder how long it would take!" Alexa uses the phrase "Pasta la vista, baby!"  which is a one-off joke (a joke that takes a familiar phrase and changes one letter humorously) of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he played in the movie, Terminator 2.  Can you catch the other one-off joke in Alexa's speech today?
